  • 1 cup whole kernel corn drained and cooked
  • 1 - medium red onion diced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1 - large tomato, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
