- 10-12 - potatoes, cooked and mashed
- 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup half and half
- 1-2 tablespoon melted butter
- - paprika
How To Make mashed potato casserole

Step 1Beat cream cheese with half and half. Add potatoes and beat well. Add other ingredients, except melted butter and paprika and beat well.

Step 2Place in a buttered casserole. Brush top with melted butter. Sprinkle top with paprika.

Step 3Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered.
