Kiley's Karrots (Carrots)
4-6carrots, cut into medallions
·salt & pepper
1/8 smallonion (or a little less), minced very fine
1 tspbread crumbs, italian flavored
·cinnamon (just a pinch, or two)
How to Make Kiley's Karrots (Carrots)
- (I did not see the exact measurements of ingredients she used, so just add to taste if the amount is not given.)
- Cook carrots in a saucepan until tender.
- Meanwhile, blend the rest of the ingredients well.
- Drain carrots and place in a bowl. Stir dressing & drizzle over top. Enjoy!
