kiley's karrots (carrots)
My 8 year old Granddaughter came over and helped me make dinner. She wanted to do the carrots all by herself. We cooked the carrots and she put together this dressing to drizzle over them. It contains Oil, Vinegar, Garlic, onion and ... Cinnamon (I know, you're saying, "Cinnamon? With Garlic?" lol) I had the same reaction, but when we tasted it, it was quite good! She loves to cook & help in the kitchen. I just had to add this one to our family recipes! :)

Ingredients
- 4-6 - carrots, cut into medallions
- - olive oil
- - white vinegar
- - salt & pepper
- - garlic powder
- 1/8 small onion (or a little less), minced very fine
- - water
- 1 teaspoon bread crumbs, italian flavored
- - cinnamon (just a pinch, or two)

Step 1(I did not see the exact measurements of ingredients she used, so just add to taste if the amount is not given.)

Step 2Cook carrots in a saucepan until tender.

Step 3Meanwhile, blend the rest of the ingredients well.

Step 4Drain carrots and place in a bowl. Stir dressing & drizzle over top. Enjoy!
