My family loves this dish, but then again who doesnt love anything that has bacon!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound bacon
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 cans whole kernel corn
  • - salt and pepper

How To Make kelly's fried corn

  • Step 1
    Slice bacon into small pieces.
  • Step 2
    Dice onion into small pieces.
  • Step 3
    Saute bacon and onions in a skillet, until bacon is done and the onion is soft.
  • Step 4
    Drain the cans of corn in a colander, allow to drain while the bacon/onions are cooking.
  • Step 5
    Add the corn to the skillet with the bacon/onions. Fry until the corn is heated,about 5 minutes.
  • Step 6
    Salt and pepper to taste.
