How to Make Kelly's Fried Corn
- Slice bacon into small pieces.
- Dice onion into small pieces.
- Saute bacon and onions in a skillet, until bacon is done and the onion is soft.
- Drain the cans of corn in a colander, allow to drain while the bacon/onions are cooking.
- Add the corn to the skillet with the bacon/onions. Fry until the corn is heated,about 5 minutes.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
