juicy brussels sprouts
It is harvest season and we received carrots, apples and Brussels sprouts in our CSA. I put them together and voila, a new recipe! This is an enjoyable way to eat your sprouts!

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 or 2 large fresh carrots
- 3 large tart apples, peeled and cut,
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
How To Make juicy brussels sprouts

Step 1Cut carrots into bite sizes and add to Brussels Sprouts and bite sized apples.

Step 2Saute in large skillet with olive oil for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3Add 1/4 cup of lemon juice, 1/4 cup of lime juice and brown sugar. Cook until veggies are tender and juicy.
