2 can(s)creamed corn

1 largeegg

8 ozlight sour cream

1/2 stick(4 oz) butter, softened to room temp

How to Make Jiffy Creamed Corn Casserole
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9x9 inch or 9x13 inch casserole dish.
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
- Place in the casserole dish. Cook for 50 min to an 1 hour for a 9x9 dish size. Cook a little less for a 9x13 dish. The casserole will be golden on top and a bit soft.
