A dollop of this butter on every kind of baked winter squash, baked sweet potato, and plain old carrots and parsnips will reenergize your winter interest in root vegetables. For breakfast applications leave out the Worcestershire sauce and salt, and spread it on a hot biscuit.

  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup dark molasses or sorghum molasses
  • 2 tablespoons jack daniel's tennessee whiskey
  • dash - worchestershire sauce
  • - salt to taste

    Blend the butter, molasses, Jack Daniel's and Worcestershire sauce together until smooth. Add the salt.
