  • 3 cups zucchini slices, unpeeled
  • 1 1/2 cups onions, chopped
  • 3 cups chopped tomatoes, undrained
  • 1/4 cup italian salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

How To Make italian zucchini

  • Step 1
    Spray a slow cooker container with olive oil-flavored cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    In prepared container, combine zucchini and onion.
  • Step 3
    Add undrained tomatoes, Italian dressing, and Splenda.
  • Step 4
    Mix well to combine.
  • Step 5
    Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours.
  • Step 6
    Mix well before serving.
