Ingredients
- 6 medium carrots, cut into 1/4 inch slices (about 3 cups)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped (or 1 tsp. dried mint)
How To Make honey-mint carrots

Step 1In a 12 inch skillet, heat 1 inch of water to boiling.

Step 2Add carrots and re-heat to boiling.

Step 3Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain VERY well.

Step 4Toss with honey and mint.
