Love carrots anyway they're served. Everyone enjoyed these ones today, and asked if I can make them again for Easter...so easy and tasty... Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 pound carrots, cleaned and sliced about 1/4 inch thick - or can use baby whole carrots - microwave, boil or steam until tender
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- salt - & pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup honey
How To Make ~ honey glazed carrot medallions ~

Step 1Cook your carrots - your desired method. In a saucepan melt butter and stir in remaining ingredients. Heat until butter is melted and mixture is heated through. When carrots are cooked, place in serving bowl and spoon sauce over the carrots. 'Serve hot and enjoy!
