Hominy and Corn Casserole
2 can(s)white hominy, drained
2 can(s)yellow corn kernels, drained
1 can(s)4 oz chopped green chilies
1 Tbspcorn starch
8 ozsour cream
1 cshredded monterey jack cheese
1 1/2 cshredded cheddar cheese
·salt and pepper
How to Make Hominy and Corn Casserole
- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine everything except the cheeses.
- Spoon 1/2 into a greased casserole dish.
- Mix the cheeses and sprinkle 1/2 over the mixture.
- Repeat the layers.
- Cover. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until bubbling all through. Remove cover for 5 minutes and let the cheese brown a little.
