1 1/2 cbroccoli florets, washed and steamed
1 Tbspdried cranberries
1 Tbspchopped walnuts (what ever nut you like)
1 ozolive oil, extra virgin
1 1/2 tspgrey poupon mustard
1 Tbsppure maple syrup
How to Make Holiday Broccoli for two
- Clean broccoli florets and put in a small bowl. Cover with another small bowl and steam in the microwave until Al-dente. Usually one to two minutes.
- In a small bowl using a whisk mix all the wet ingredients together. Add the cranberries and nuts;
- Remove the broccoli from the microwave. Pour dressing over the top and serve.
