holiday broccoli for two
We both like broccoli but we get tired of fixing it the same way so Friday I decided to experiment a little. We really liked it this way.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets, washed and steamed
- 1 tablespoon dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts (what ever nut you like)
- 1 ounce olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grey poupon mustard
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
How To Make holiday broccoli for two

Step 1Clean broccoli florets and put in a small bowl. Cover with another small bowl and steam in the microwave until Al-dente. Usually one to two minutes.

Step 2In a small bowl using a whisk mix all the wet ingredients together. Add the cranberries and nuts;

Step 3Remove the broccoli from the microwave. Pour dressing over the top and serve. This dish is a colorful as it is tasty.
