this was a recipe always on table whe I was little some of the recipes I'm sharing are from my Grandmother I never Knew she passed before I was born,but on highlight I have part of her in my life by having her recipes this was one of them,also Easter & Holiday dish.

- 6 - beets, trimmed,sliced or cut in pieces
- 1 TBsp - butter
- 2 TBsp - cornstarch
- 1/2 Cup - sugar
- 1/2 Cup - vinegar
- 1/2 cup - water
How To Make harvard beets

Step 1Cook Beets,cut in small piece,Mix sugar & cornstarch with vinegar & water Salt & Pepper to Taste put Beets in Mixture Add butter simmer 15 mins.
