My hubby loves grilled pinapple so when we have grilled pork I make these kabobs I really like the combination.

Ingredients
- 2 cups pinnapple
- 1 large red pepper
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 1 pint portabella mushrooms
How To Make grilled kabobs

Step 1Deseed red and green peppers and cut into small chunks.

Step 2Get 8 skewers

Step 3I usually start with portabella mushrooms then I alternate pinnapple, red pepper, green pepper, and start again till skewer is full.

Step 4Spray with cooking spray and put on grill.
