My hubby loves grilled pinapple so when we have grilled pork I make these kabobs I really like the combination.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pinnapple
  • 1 large red pepper
  • 1 large green bell pepper
  • 1 pint portabella mushrooms

How To Make grilled kabobs

  • Step 1
    Deseed red and green peppers and cut into small chunks.
  • Step 2
    Get 8 skewers
  • Step 3
    I usually start with portabella mushrooms then I alternate pinnapple, red pepper, green pepper, and start again till skewer is full.
  • Step 4
    Spray with cooking spray and put on grill.
