My hubby loves grilled pinapple so when we have grilled pork I make these kabobs I really like the combination.

How to Make Grilled Kabobs

Step-by-Step

  1. Deseed red and green peppers and cut into small chunks.
  2. Get 8 skewers
  3. I usually start with portabella mushrooms then I alternate pinnapple, red pepper, green pepper, and start again till skewer is full.
  4. Spray with cooking spray and put on grill.
