2 Tbspmayo or miracle whip (your choice)
2 Tbspbutter melted
2 Tbspparmesan cheese grate
1 tsppowdered garlic
1 tspdill or your favorite herb
How to Make Grilled Cajun Herb Corn
- To grill sweet corn, lightly brush husked ears with butter or oil, such as olive oil. Grill, turning once
or twice, until hot and some kernels turn golden, about 7 minutes.
- What you do:
Melt butter first, then add miracle whip or mayo, and blend then add garlic powder and your choice of
minced herb and spread over hot grilled corn on the cob, or stir some into your veggie dishes.
- After corn is done, spread on the Cajun Butter Spread and Enjoy
