1Combine all Your chopped veggies in a bowl add Your dressing and grated garlic, mix and set aside till ready to use.
2Place Your rolled flatbread out on very low grill. Grill for a few minutes till starting to crisp.
Brush with olive oil and pepper,add bowl of marinating veggies sprinkle with parm. Shut lid and cook for another few minutes checking bottom making sure it dont burn.
Take off grill and cut in squares and serve!!!
