Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen whole green beans
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 - roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • - salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

How To Make green beans with tomatoes

  • Step 1
    Place frozen green beans in saucepan with water. Bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes. Drain.
  • Step 2
    Heat oil in skillet; add beans and toss to coat.
  • Step 3
    Add tomatoes, garlic, basil, oregano, and parsley. Cook mixture for 5 to 10 minutes until thoroughly hot.
  • Step 4
    Salt and pepper to taste. Top with cheese.
