I concocted this after having a grape tomato salad at the Fleet Reserve Club in Annapolis, MD.

I sometimes use blue cheese or Gorgonzola.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Notes from the Test Kitchen:
This is a quick and easy recipe that you can take on a picnic and not worry about refrigeration. But I don't think it will last that long!

Ingredients

2 pkg
grape tomatoes
1
red onion, chopped
1 c
Feta cheese, or more
1 bottle
balsamic vinaigrette
2-3 pkg
Splenda (or sugar)
salt and pepper

Step-By-Step

1Whisk balsamic vinaigrette and Splenda together.
2Cut tomatoes in half.
3Add tomatoes, onion and feta to vinaigrette, salt and pepper if desired.
4Chill to blend flavors.
