I concocted this after having a grape tomato salad at the Fleet Reserve Club in Annapolis, MD.

I sometimes use blue cheese or Gorgonzola.

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg
    grape tomatoes
  • 1
    red onion, chopped
  • 1 c
    Feta cheese, or more
  • 1 bottle
    balsamic vinaigrette
  • 2-3 pkg
    Splenda (or sugar)
  • ·
    salt and pepper

How to Make Grape Tomato Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Whisk balsamic vinaigrette and Splenda together.
  2. Cut tomatoes in half.
  3. Add tomatoes, onion and feta to vinaigrette, salt and pepper if desired.
  4. Chill to blend flavors.
