Caramelized garlic and cheese! Is there anything better with green beans? You'd better make plenty for everyone. Can't believe that I left the Parmesan on the counter for the photo! But added it later and it added a nice touch to the beans.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium head garlic, peeled and sliced
- 1 14-oz cans green beans, drained
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
How To Make garlic green beans

Step 1Melt butter in a large skillet, and stir in olive oil and garlic.

Step 2Saute over low heat until the garlic is slightly brown.

Step 3Stir in the green beans, and season with salt and pepper.

Step 4Cook until beans are thoroughly heated, about 10 minutes.

Step 5Turn off heat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
