Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 cans yams or 6 fresh mashed
- 2/3 cup half and half
- 2/3 cup chopped pecans
- 6 tablespoons margarine
- 1 package miniture marshmallows
- 1 package whole pecans
- 1 jar marachino cherries
How To Make festive yam souffle

Step 1Beat eggs, sugar,,orange peel and seasonings together in large mixing bowl until light and fluffy

Step 2Stir in Yams, cream, chopped pecans, and butter. Turn mixture into a greased 2 quart baking dish. Bake for 50 minutes.

Step 3Garnish top by alternating marshmallows, pecan halves, and cherries around top of casserole.
