I've tried red wine vinegar, but white vinegar or apple cider vinegar would work just as well.

1 large
onion, chopped fine
4 stalk(s)
celery, chopped fine
2/3 c
sour cream
1/3 c
mayonnaise
1/3 c
vinegar
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
2 Tbsp
splenda
1/2 tsp
black pepper
1/2 tsp
celery salt

Step-by-Step

  • 1In large mixing bowl, combine coleslaw, onion and celery.
  • 2In another mixing bowl, combine the rest of ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  • 3Pour dressing over slaw mixture and stir until well distributed.
  • 4Refrigerate one hour before serving.
  • 5Tip: I have experimented with my favorite spices also, such as paprika, garlic powder, onion salt, turmeric, dried herbs, etc. and it always turns out delicious.
