Ingredients
- - 1 cup mayonnaise
- - 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- - 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- - 1 tsp. garlic salt
- - 16 ears fresh yellow corn, shucked
- - 1 cup chopped parsley
How To Make drizzled corn on the cob

Step 1Bring large pot of water to boil. Meanwhile, in small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, lemon juice, paprika and garlic salt. Pour into a squeeze bottle.

Step 2Boil corn, in batches, for 4 minutes or til bright yellow and kernels are tender. Drizzle mayonnaise mixture over corn and sprinkle with parsley. Serves 16 Source: Entertain, Decorate, Celebrate, July/August, 2013
