  • 8 medium
    carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 c
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
    fresh dill, chopped

How to Make Dilled Carrots


  1. Place water and carrots in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium.
  2. Cover and simmer until carrots are tender/crisp about 30 minutes. Drain. Set aside.
  3. In same pan, me;t butter. Add dill. Cook 3 minutes stirring frequently.
  4. Return carrots to pan. Stir to coat.Cook until carrots are warm. Serve,
