This simple recipe is my favorite way to eat carrots.

Ingredients

  • 8 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped

How To Make dilled carrots

  • Step 1
    Place water and carrots in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium.
  • Step 2
    Cover and simmer until carrots are tender/crisp about 30 minutes. Drain. Set aside.
  • Step 3
    In same pan, me;t butter. Add dill. Cook 3 minutes stirring frequently.
  • Step 4
    Return carrots to pan. Stir to coat.Cook until carrots are warm. Serve,
