Ingredients
- 3 cups baby carrots
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar, lightly packed
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- - parsley, chopped
How To Make dijon glazed carrots

Step 1In a covered medium saucepan, cook carrots in small amount of boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender-crisp. Drain.

Step 2Remove from pan; keep warm.

Step 3In same saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter.

Step 4Stir in brown sugar and mustard until combined.

Step 5Stir in carrots.

Step 6Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until carrots are glazed.

Step 7Sprinkle with parsley.
