Ingredients
- 1 package (10) ounce frozen spinach, thawed and drained, very well
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon basil, dried
- 1 cup milk
- 2 - eggs
- 2/3 cup bisquick
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 - container (16 ounce) ricotta cheese
How To Make crustless spinach parmigiana pie

Step 1Grease deep dish plate. Layer ricotta cheese with parmesan cheese in pie pan.

Step 2Mix spinach, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, oregano, basil and pepper; spoon over parmesan mixture.

Step 3Beat remaining ingredients for 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into pie plate.

Step 4Bake 35 minutes at 400 degrees or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Step 5Cool 5 minutes. Can be served with heated tomato sauce.
