How to Make Creole Okra
1Brown onion in olive oil.
Add chopped green pepper and garlic.
Cook for about 10 minutes, or until tender.
2Add chopped tomatoes with reserved juice, salt and pepper.
Add okra and simmer slowly for about 20 minutes, or until tender.
3Pour into serving dish, garnish with chopped parsley
