Ingredients

  • 15 ounces can whole corn drained
  • 15 ounces can cream style corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 - eggs
  • 8 1/2 ounces corn muffin mix or 1 cup self rising corn meal
  • 1 stick butter

How To Make corn casserole

  • Step 1
    Melt 1 stick of butter in pan. Mix and pour over batter. Bake for 1 hour at 350.
