Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cans 15 1/4 oz. whole kernel corn drained
- 1 can 14 3/4 oz. creamed corn
- 1 package 8 oz. corn muffin mix( i use jiffy)
- 1 can sour cream
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cans shredded cheddar
How To Make corn cassarole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2In a large bowl combine 2 cans of corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream and melted butter. Pour into a greased 13x9x2 inch pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and top with shredded cheese. Return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes and serve warm.
