1 1/4 can(s)15 1/4 oz. whole kernel corn drained
1 can(s)14 3/4 oz. creamed corn
1 pkg8 oz. corn muffin mix( i use jiffy)
1 can(s)sour cream
1/2 stickbutter, melted
1 1/2 can(s)shredded cheddar
How to Make Corn Cassarole
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl combine 2 cans of corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream and melted butter. Pour into a greased 13x9x2 inch pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and top with shredded cheese. Return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes and serve warm.
