Ingredients
- 3-4 bunches collard greens
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 4 cups chicken broth
How To Make collard greens

Step 1Wash Greens & de-vein leaves. Cut up Bacon and fry in bottom of stock pot. When half way done, add garlic, red pepper flakes. Fry until bacon is almost crisp.Add Brown Sugar and let dissolve in bacon grease. Add Chicken Broth. Add greens and simmer 2-3 hours or until tender.
