Ingredients
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 3 cups zucchini, coarsely shredded
- 2 teaspoons fresh basil, minced (or 1/2t dried)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup tomato, diced
- 2 tablespoons black olives, sliced
How To Make cheesy zucchini saute

Step 1In a skillet, saute onion in butter until crisp tender.

Step 2Stir in zucchini, basil, salt and garlic powder.

Step 3Cook and stir for 4-5 minutes or until zucchini is crisp tender.

Step 4Sprinkle with cheese, tomato and olives.

Step 5Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
