Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chopped cauliflower ( small )
- 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets ( small )
- 3/4 cup sliced carrots
- 1 - 10 ounces cream mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded, cheese ( your choice )
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can fried onions (2.8 oz. can)
How To Make cheesy vegetable casserole

Step 1Cook the vegetables until crisp tender. Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, and 1/2 can onions. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from the oven and top with the remaining cheese and onions; bake for an additional 5 minutes or until fried onion rings are lightly browned.
