Ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen corn
- 2 tablespoons butter, cut into cubes
- 2 - poblano chile peppers, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 cup (about 4 oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 ounces cream cheese, cut into cubes
How To Make cheesy corn & peppers

Step 1Coat inside of 3 1/2-to 4-quart Crock-Pot slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2Combine all ingredients except Cheddar cheese and cream cheese in Crock-Pot slow cooker.

Step 3Cover. Cook on high 2 hours.

Step 4Stir in cheeses. Cover and cook on high 15 minutes more or until cheeses melt.
