Slow Cooker Crock Pot

2 lb
frozen corn
2 Tbsp
butter, cut into cubes
poblano chile peppers, chopped
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
ground cumin
1/4 tsp
coarsely ground black pepper
1 c
(about 4 oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 oz
cream cheese, cut into cubes

How to Make Cheesy Corn & Peppers


  • 1Coat inside of 3 1/2-to 4-quart Crock-Pot slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 2Combine all ingredients except Cheddar cheese and cream cheese in Crock-Pot slow cooker.
  • 3Cover. Cook on high 2 hours.
  • 4Stir in cheeses. Cover and cook on high 15 minutes more or until cheeses melt.
