2 tspcanola oil
·salt to taste
1 largehead of cauliflower broken into florets.
·marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dip
·oil for deep frying
How to Make Cauliflower Fritters
- Mix flour coriander,paprika, oil, salt, and beer. I used Bud light you can use any kind of beer you like but depending on the beer the flavor can change especially is you use a stout or dark beer.
- Let the batter sit in a warm place for 30 minute. I just sat mine on the table where the sun was hitting it.
- Cook cauliflower in salted boiling water until done. Drain and set aside.
- Heat deep fryer to 375 degrees. Coat cauliflower in batter and deep fry until golden
- Serve with marinara or ranch.
