Cauliflower and Broccoli Casserole

Decadent and rich casserole. My husband loves this and I can get him to eat some vegetables.

Ingredients

1 bunch
cauliflower, small florets
1 bunch
broccoli florets
1 1/2 stick
butter divided
8 oz
cream cheese softened
1 can(s)
cream of celery soup
1 1/2 c
panko bread crumbs
2 Tbsp
each fresh rosemary and parsley minced

Step-By-Step

1Cook the broccoli and cauliflower in salted boiling water for 5 minutes and drain.
2Place the broccoli and cauliflower in sprayed baking dish.
3Melt 1 stick of butter and mix with cream cheese and cream of celery soup. Pour over broccoli and cauliflower.
4Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
5Meanwhile melt 1/2 stick of butter and mix with panko, rosemary and parsley. Top broccoli and cauliflower with panko mixture.
6Bake and additional 10 minutes
