How to Make Carrot Souffle
- 1Cook carrots until tender in boiling salted water. Drain and mash.
- 2Stir in butter, vanilla and eggs. Mix well.
- 3Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Stir well into carrot mixture and blend until smooth.
- 4Pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
