Ingredients
- 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into pieces
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 3 - eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make carrot puff

Step 1Spray 8X8" pan with Pam. Cook carrots until tender (about 20 minutes). Blend margarine, eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder and vanilla until well blended.

Step 2Add carrots & puree. Pour into baking dish should be about 1" deep. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until firm.
