Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh mushrooms chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons maderia wine
- 2 tablespoons butter
- - salt
How To Make carmelized sauteed mushrooms

Step 1place water, mushrooms, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce in sauce pan.

Step 2Cook until most of water has evaporated. Pour in wine and deglaze the pan. Let wine evaporate. Keep stirring and cooking until mushrooms are golden brown.

Step 3Stir in butter and season with salt.
