1 smallcabbage head, coarsley chopped
1 1/2 cshredded carrots
4 slicebacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1 can(s)cheddar cheese soup
1 can(s)(3 oz) french fried onions
How to Make Cabbage Casserole
- Preheat oven to 350.
In large bowl, combine cabbage, bacon and carrots.
In another large bowl, combine soup, milk and salt. Stir until smooth and pour over cabbage mixture. Mix well.
- Spoon mixture into 2 quart casserole and cover with foil. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove foil and top with French fried onions. Bake uncovered 5-10 minutes.
