Ingredients
- 1 small cabbage head, coarsley chopped
- 1 1/2 cups shredded carrots
- 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 can (3 oz) french fried onions
How To Make cabbage casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, combine cabbage, bacon and carrots. In another large bowl, combine soup, milk and salt. Stir until smooth and pour over cabbage mixture. Mix well.

Step 2Spoon mixture into 2 quart casserole and cover with foil. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove foil and top with French fried onions. Bake uncovered 5-10 minutes.
