This is an easy side to served with Buffalo wings or any bbq. Also great to serve on a Buffalo chicken sandwich!
Also great on a bed of lettuce for a nice dinner salad.

  • 7-12 stalk(s)
    celery (depending on size)
  • 2
    green onions chopped
  • 2 oz
    bleu cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 c
    shredded carrots (optional)

  • 2 oz
    bleu cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 c
    white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2-1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 pinch
    cayenne pepper

How to Make Buffalo Bleu Cheese Celery Slaw


  1. Whisk together all dressing ingredients mashing bleu cheese crumbles. Set aside.

    Cut celery stalks in thin angle slices leafs and all. Add to bowl with chopped green onion and carrots if using.
    Toss together with dressing. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Top with more bleu cheese crumbles before serving.

    Can't wait to try this on a grilled Buffalo Burger!!
