Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese

How To Make broiled tomatoes with horseradish

  • Step 1
    Cut tomatoes in half, crosswise.
  • Step 2
    Combine crumbs, horseradish, lemon juice, salt and paprika.
  • Step 3
    Spread mixture over tomatoes halves.
  • Step 4
    Sprinkle with chopped parsley and the cheese.
  • Step 5
    Place in a broiler pan; broil 3 inches from heat 3-5 minutes until heated through.
  • Step 6
    Serve immediately.
