Ingredients
- 2 large tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
How To Make broiled tomatoes with horseradish

Step 1Cut tomatoes in half, crosswise.

Step 2Combine crumbs, horseradish, lemon juice, salt and paprika.

Step 3Spread mixture over tomatoes halves.

Step 4Sprinkle with chopped parsley and the cheese.

Step 5Place in a broiler pan; broil 3 inches from heat 3-5 minutes until heated through.

Step 6Serve immediately.
