2 10-ounce packages frozen broccoli spears
1/4 cup margarine
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon orange zest
1/2 cup orange juice

How To Make broccoli with orange sauce

Step 1

Cook broccoli according to package directions.

Step 2

Melt margarine and remove from heat.
Step 3

Stir in cornstarch and orange peel.
Step 4

Stir in orange juice.
Step 5

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened.
Step 6

Reduce to low heat; simmer 1 minute.
Step 7

Serve over cooked broccoli.
