broccoli salad with raisins & sunflower seeds

This salad is so good that you can eat it as a meal. With the nuts you are getting your protein, raisins=fruit, broccoli=vegetable. It has such a fresh taste. I make this for all family get togethers and there isn't any left after the meal. Also, if you let it set and blend together in the refrigerator for awhile before serving, I find that it tastes better. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 5 cups broccoli florets
  • 3/4 cup raisins, yellow
  • 3/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 jar bacon bits (real)
  • 1/4 cup red onion
  • DRESSING
  • 1 cup miracle whip
  • 3 tablespoons vinager
  • 1/4 cup sugar
