I make these yummy fritters usually as a snack. I made them for lunch today. I usually double the recipe. They're yummy! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped broccoli or cauliflower - i combine the 2 sometimes
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup minced sweet onion
- 1 cup fresh shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make broccoli or cauliflower fritters

Step 1Preheat deep fryer or oil in a pan to about 375 degree F. In a bowl, mix flour, milk, seasonings, baking powder, egg and butter, until smooth. Now stir in the cheese, cauliflower and onion. Refrigerate mixture for 1 hour. I drop by tablespoonfuls into the hot oil and fry until golden. Drain on paper towels, season and enjoy!
