- 1 pound fresh broccoli
- 1 package (8 oz.) velveeta shreds
- 1 - sleeve ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 stick butter
How To Make broccoli casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350

Step 2Cut broccoli into bite size pieces and boil for just 2 minutes. Drain and put into a 9x9 glass casserole/baking dish.

Step 3Mix velveeta with broccoli.

Step 4Mix cracker crumbs with butter and spoon over broccoli mixture.

Step 5Bake for 30 minutes.
