This is very tasty and a different way to serve a vegetable side when we're all tired of boiled broccoli or canned green beans.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh broccoli
  • 1 package (8 oz.) velveeta shreds
  • 1 - sleeve ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 stick butter

How To Make broccoli casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350
  • Step 2
    Cut broccoli into bite size pieces and boil for just 2 minutes. Drain and put into a 9x9 glass casserole/baking dish.
  • Step 3
    Mix velveeta with broccoli.
  • Step 4
    Mix cracker crumbs with butter and spoon over broccoli mixture.
  • Step 5
    Bake for 30 minutes.
