Ingredients

  • 2 packages frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked 5 minutes and drained
  • 1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons dried, minced onion
  • 1 cup sharp cheese, grated
  • - ritz cracker crumbs, for topping

How To Make broccoli casserole

  • Step 1
    Mix all together and place in lightly greased casserole. Top with Ritz cracker crumbs and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
