Ingredients
- 2 packages frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked 5 minutes and drained
- 1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons dried, minced onion
- 1 cup sharp cheese, grated
- - ritz cracker crumbs, for topping
How To Make broccoli casserole

Step 1Mix all together and place in lightly greased casserole. Top with Ritz cracker crumbs and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
