  • 1
    head cauliflower cut into floweretts
  • 1
    head broccoli cut into floweretts
  • 12 oz
    creme fraiche
  • 2 large
    egg yolks
  • 8 oz
    shredded parmesan cheese

How to Make Broccoli and Cauliflower Gratin


  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees.
    Boil large pan of salted water on stove. Add cauliflower and cook 4 minutes.
  2. Add broccoli and cook 3 more minutes. Drain
  3. Spray a large baking dish. Beat creme fraiche with egg yolks. Place broccoli and cauliflower in baking dish. Pour creme fraiche mixture over top.
  4. Sprinkle parmesan on top and bake for 15 minutes.
