How to Make Braised Fennel
- Trim fennel bulbs from stalks and cut bulb into thin slices.
Add oil to saute pan and caramelize fennel until golden. Add garlic and cook another 30 seconds.
- Add white wine and reduce until almost all evaporated. Add chicken broth and cook until fennel is tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with fennel fronds for garnish
