- 4 cups shredded red cabbage
- 2 cups chopped unpeeled apples
- 2 tablespoons bacon fat
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
- 1 dash pepper
How To Make bev's red cabbage

Step 1Melt bacon fat in skillet. Add cabbage, apples and all other ingredients. Cover and cook till tender, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
