2 1/2 lbrusset potatoes
1 tspeach salt pepper, garlic powder, oinion powder, and paprika
1/2 cevaporated milk
1 1/2 tspbaking powder
How to Make Batter Dip French Fries
- Microwave potatoes for 8-10 min till a little soft. Cut into wedges. Put into water, salt and vinegar solution for 2 hours or overnight.
- Make slurry...mix flour, baking powder, spices, and flour, and evaporated milk together, let sit for 5-10 min.
- Bring oil temp to 375. Dip one at at a time potatoes into some flour, then into slurry, go right into oil. Do this one at a time or they will stick together. Drain on paper towels. I eat mine with mayo, you do what you want..ENJOY!!!!!
