- FOR THE SALAD PLACE IN ORDER IN LAYERS IN A LARGE GLASS TRIFFLE BOWL

2 lbfreshly chopped spinach, you chop it!!!

10 lgeggs, hard boiled,sliced

1 lbbacon,cooked and crumbled

1 mdlettuce head, shredded

1 csilced shallots

1 pkgthawed frozen peas, uncooked
- FOR THE DRESSING BLEND TOGETHER AND POUR OVER PEAS

2 1/2 cmayonaise (hellmans or best brand)

2 1/2 csour cream (daisy brand)

salt and pepper

worcestershire sauce, to taste

fresh lemon juice, to taste
- FOR THE TOP

1/2 cgrated baby swiss cheese
